Mr. Rashid is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 16 years of experience spanning corporate operations, healthcare facility management, strategy and business development, and project leadership. He has held senior positions across leading regional and international healthcare organizations, driving growth and operational excellence. Before founding and leading Liva Healthcare Group (KSA), Rashid served as Group Director of Strategy & Business Development at Aurelius Healthcare Group (Malaysia) and previously as Operations Manager at VPS Healthcare Group (now Burjeel Holdings), overseeing operations across 23 hospitals and 125+ medical centers in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, and India. He later became Group CEO of Afyaa Healthcare Group (Saudi Arabia), where he led expansion and transformation initiatives across the Kingdom's healthcare landscape. Rashid holds a Master of Business Administration in Hospital Administration and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration. His leadership at Liva Healthcare Group reflects a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and the advancement of integrated healthcare delivery across the GCC region.

Eng. Hamad Mubarak Al-Khater is a visionary Qatari engineer and entrepreneur known for his leadership in healthcare development, emergency management, and diversified business innovation. He holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Business Unit Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, and was honored by His Highness the Amir of Qatar for his academic excellence. As Manager of the Emergency & Spill Response Department at Qatar-Energy, he leads national preparedness programs on behalf of the Ministry of Environment. His achievements include developing Aster Hospital and co-founding Wilkins Medical Center, advancing Qatar's private healthcare sector. As Chairman of Al-Khater Group, he drives growth across healthcare, technology, transportation, and industrial services. Rooted in a legacy of public service, the Al-Khater family has long contributed to national and regional development, with Sheikh Mohammed bin Ali Al-Khater—former ruler of Jubail—playing a historic role in supporting King Abdulaziz Al Saud and Abdul Rahman bin Faisal during the unification of Saudi Arabia.
